1. What is a report?
A report is a document that allows you to retrieve all the data from an intervention. This data can be an information filled in by the operator in the field, or it can be data about the intervention itself (time and location of the intervention).

The custom format can be a .xlsx or .docx file.
A report is automatically generated at the end of each intervention. It is not mandatory to provide an email address or send an email to obtain an intervention report.
The Ermeo report will contain the data filled in by the operator, the brick titles, and the name of the operator who entered the data. The types of bricks are not mentioned (possible via API).
