Create a job custom views

1. What is the purpose of a custom view?

A custom view in Ermeo allows you to create personalized views of jobs. These views enable you to use filters to help you find relevant jobs easily. Custom views can be saved and shared with other users.

With this feature, team leaders can track the progress of their jobs and efficiently manage their interventions.

2. In practice, how to create a custom view?

a. Log in to the Ermeo platform and click on the dropdown list "Custom Views." b. Click on "Create a new view."

c. Choose a name for the view after checking the "Jobs" option.

d. With the "Filter" button, you can limit the list of jobs to only show the ones that interest you. You have the option to use attributes to create more complex filters (using conditions and/or).In this example, we want to visualize only the jobs with names that contain the word "Audit."

e. A second button allows you to choose the columns you want to display in your view. Once selected, you can arrange the display order of these columns as you wish using the icon represented by three small lines to the right of each column name.

f. By clicking on the "Share" button, you can choose the users who can access your view. You can share this view with a maximum of 50 users.

Once you have made your changes, you can save your view.

If you delete a custom view, it will be removed for all users.

3. Launch the web application from the customized view

Thanks to the "Open the webapp" action, it is possible to access operators jobs, whatever their status, from the custom view of jobs. A "planned" task will be started, an "in progress" task will be resumed, and a "completed" task will be viewed in read-only mode.
