1. What is an intervention?

A job is a series of actions carried out by your operator. These actions are recorded on a form. The data entered can be numbers, texts, times, etc. The actions carried out by your operator may be measurements, fault reports, etc. The operator carries out a task on his mobile application. He will have to follow the orders in the form. The work can be carried out whether or not the operator has a network.

The Interventions tab on your platform will allow you to search for all the interventions and all the associated reports. Planned, in progress, completed, previewed and archived jobs can be found.

  • Automatic scrolling

When performing a task, you can deactivate automatic scrolling in the forms. To do this, go to the ‘My profile’ tab in your mobile application, then deactivate this option.
