You can use an Excel or Word file as a custom report. Files in .docx or .xlsx format will be available. It is not possible to export a report in Powerpoint (.ppt) format.

  • Can I include a signature in my customised report?

Yes, you can include a signature in a customised report. You need to specify the size of the signature (like an image). The size of the signature must be specified in pixels. Here is an example of a signature tag: #signature34920:image-300x##

  • Can I include a signature in a cell of a customised report in Excel format?

Yes, it is possible to include a signature inside a cell in an Excel file. The origin of the signature will be the top left-hand corner of the cell.

  • Is it possible to display the usernames of the operators who carried out a job within a customised report?

Yes, it is possible to display, for each task carried out, the user names of the operators who worked to complete the form. The custom configuration file allows you to search for the right tags to display this data. In the tags, you need to add :user in order to display the name of the user who performed the task. This is useful when the Transfer brick is used within a form. Even if several operators are working on the same task, it is possible to find out who performed each task.

  • If I import a report frame using macros, will these macros be retained in my various reports?

No, the macros will not be saved in the various reports. A new Excel file is generated for each report, so the macro is not created.

  • Can checkboxes be included in customised reports?

Yes, it is possible to include checkboxes using the following syntax: ##yes_no_task:☑:☒##

  • Can all the choices in a Multiple Choice brick be carried over to a custom report?

No, it is not possible to display all the possible answers in a Multiple Choice brick within a custom report.

  • Is it possible to rename a customized report template?

Renaming a customised report frame directly from the platform is impossible. You have to download the grid, rename it locally on your computer and then re-import it.
