When a form contains a lot of sub-sections, the operator can get lost while working on it.
So that the operator can quickly find the tasks located at the root of the form, the administrator can now pin the main tasks when setting up the form.
Context Let's take the case of a faulty antenna. The operator has to declare an anomaly while working on it. While the fault is being created, the operator will probably want to return to the list of antennas at the root of the form. To set up this use case, follow these steps:- Drag and drop an automatic selection linked to the "Antennas" database.
- To optimise the form, drag and drop a "Yes/No" type brick to use it as a display condition in the next step.
- Drag and drop a creation brick associated with your "Anomalies" database.
- Activate the "pin" option in the form of a small light. It is located at the top right of the "Antennas" brick.
It is possible to pin one or more tasks when setting up the form. Let's take the same form as above. The administrator wants to pin the task with the user's name and the "Anomalies" field, and you will see the two relevant tasks in the pinned tasks:
