Manage custom views

It is useful to view certain assets according to specific criteria. You can define these criteria yourself.

Customised views of resources or interventions involve using filters. You can filter resources according to various criteria:

• asset name
• parent asset
• asset databases
• asset creation date
• the date on which the assets were last modified
• asset attribute values

You can combine different filters for a single search, by setting up a condition of type And..

1. In practice, how do you use the customized view?

Let's imagine a company reporting anomalies on a worksite. A supervisor wants to display all anomalies reported since 01 January 2020.

1. In the Databases tab, click on the Resource tree tab or on the database in which you want to filter resources (here we are going to the resource tree).
2. We are going to define these filters:

• Database is Anomalies.
• Creation date is on or after 01 January 2020.

3. The search gives you all the anomalies created since 01 January 2020 and belonging to the Anomalies database.
