1. What are dynamic access rights used for?
Dynamic access rights will facilitate the management of your teams and your users. You will be able to have fewer teams while refining the display of relevant and accessible data to your users.
2. What is a dynamic access right?
A dynamic access right is similar to a consultation right. Consultation rights are defined for teams. Users being associated with teams, they each have predefined consultation rights.
A consultation right can cover:
- documents
- resources
- users
- interventions
- resource attributes
Dynamic access rights can cover the following entities:
- resources
- interventions
These dynamic access rights will match values of intervention attributes and user attributes. Thus, users will only be able to see the resources that concern them.
3. In practice, how do you create consultation rights?
a. Create a user attribute of Text type in the Users section. Name it "City".
b. Then create an intervention attribute of Text type in the Interventions section. Name it "City Intervention".
c. Go to the Teams tab in the Users section. Create a new team and name it "City Team".
d. Then click on "Add dynamic access rights" and choose the relevant attributes.
Add the concerned users.
Thus, all users who have a user attribute value of City will see the interventions that have the same attribute value for Intervention City.
