In case of loss of your password:
- Click on "Forgotten password?", when you log in on the home page of the platform.
2. Enter the identifier used to connect.
3. An email is then sent to the provided address. Click on the "Set your password" button.
Enter your new password and confirm it. Please comply with the password setting criteria. The password must:
- contain at least 8 characters
- contain at least one uppercase letter
- contain at least one number
- contain at least one special character
Note
- It is also possible to change the password from a user's profile.
- On the application, it is not possible to change the password of an Ermeo account.
